COVID-19 Re-opening Procedure: We are anticipating that upon re-opening, Harvison House will receive numerous requests from the various veterans' care organizations in our community. For the first few weeks, we ask that your organization assign one Case Manager to submit all requests in order of those clients most in need by Wednesday EOB. We hope this will quickly service the most dire situations first, soon followed by those who are able to wait a week.
Please inform your clients that Harvison House is following CDC and local guidelines for safety. We expect that clients will wear face covering and practice social distancing at the time of their delivery.

Case Managers ~ Please Note: We are currently 100% donor-volunteer powered and do not yet have full-time staff. Please allow us 3 days to acknowledge your request and reply with how we can help your veteran. We deliver on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only unless other accommodations can be made.
