Tell your case manager about the furniture you need (i.e. master bed, child's bed, living room set, kitchen supplies) and ask them to fill out the form under the "Case Managers" tab.
* We are currently ALL VOLUNTEERS (no staff).
We acknowledge your case manager's request within 3 business days, take inventory, and let them know if we can provide what you need. We will then call YOU DIRECTLY to schedule delivery.
PLEASE RESPOND TO OUR TEXTS / CALLS quickly. If unanswered for over 24 hours, your reservation might be moved down on the list. That means your delivery could be pushed out 2 or more weeks.
We deliver on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Accommodations might be made with sufficient notice.
If you believe your case manager has submitted a request, please follow-up with them since they are the point person coordinating all of your services.
